                     (4) I am a licensed Home Inspector in the State of Kentucky #HI-2248

                     (5) I am licensed in the State of Indiana for termite Inspection #F222064 

                     (6) I'm certified through NEHA NRPP for Radon Testing #104580RT 

                     (7) I am certified in the State of Indiana as a Primary Radon Tester #00471
